The principle analysis method of EDM wire cut fault is to analyze the cause of the fault according to the working principle of WEDM, so as to quickly analyze the solution to the problem. The common principle analysis methods are as follows.
(1)Divide and conquer
The schematic diagram of EDM wire cut is divided into main circuit and control circuit according to different functions. The main circuit mainly includes wire conveying motor and water pump motor circuit. The control circuit mainly includes trigger circuit, adjustment circuit, driving circuit, single board computer control circuit, etc. When a fault occurs, the part of the problem can be analyzed according to the fault phenomenon, which can gradually narrow the fault scope and shorten the time to solve the fault.
(2) Reverse analysis
When the fault is determined to be in a small range, the reverse analysis method can be adopted. Assuming what happens when a certain fault occurs (such as a circuit failure or a circuit short circuit), simulate the fault in theory, so as to judge the cause of the fault.
(3) Circuit simulation
When the electronic circuit of EDM wire cut breaks down greatly, it is our common practice to use oscilloscope to check the important link. We can judge whether the component has been damaged by voltage and waveform. After simple measurement, it is impossible to judge whether the signal is correct. At this time, edible electronic circuit simulation software is the best choice, which can quickly determine whether the circuit components are damaged.
(4) Replacement of spare parts
For some reasons, it is often difficult for maintenance personnel to obtain a complete electronic circuit diagram. When a major fault occurs, only the general cause of the fault can be analyzed. Therefore, the maintenance personnel can use the spare printed circuit board to replace the vulnerable electronic components, so that the equipment can be put into operation as soon as possible.
