If the thread is changed frequently, a lot of time will be wasted, which directly affects the overall processing quantity in a day!

The third trap: only the lowest surface roughness, not how large the area can be cut continuously, no matter how good the surface roughness is, in the case of no need for human intervention, if it can't cut more than 20000 m2 continuously, it also has no practical value, the index depends on whether it can reach RA ≤ 1.0um/30000 mm.

The fourth trap: we only talk about the machining accuracy of a single small size, but we never talk about the stability or consistency accuracy of continuously cutting more than 30 pieces. In the batch continuous machining of more than ten or even dozens of the same parts, the consistency of size is particularly important. Note that the continuous machining here means that it is not allowed to artificially detect and compensate the diameter of molybdenum wire; Whether the target can be achieved, the consistency dimension error is less than or equal to 0.005mm/30 pieces; Never talk about step precision, ordinary stepper motor can't reach micron precision.

If we avoid these four traps, we can basically choose a high-quality wire cutting machine.
